If you are an existing NetSource customer and have a hosting emergency, you can contact NetSource 24/7/365 using the method below. A NetSource representative will answer the phone, and re-route you to a person capable of addressing your emergency or request. If you need to reach a NetSource technician after normal business hours for any reason, please use the emergency contact method below:
- Dial the main NetSource office phone number at 630-778-1212 – (or backup number: 866-227-6200)
- Follow the prompts to reach a NetSource emergency contact representative
- Provide your contact information, and you will be routed to a technician to solve the issue
If an emergency happens during normal business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), you can call our normal office number at 630-778-1212. Please let the receptionist know that you have an emergency and they will get you help right away.
If you are a current customer of NetSource and want to submit a trouble ticket to our support team, please click here. NetSource recommends using the trouble ticket system for all non-emergency requests so that all requests can be tracked. The trouble ticket system also includes an emergency trouble ticket status if you need immediate help, but calling during an emergency is always the best method for reaching our technical team.
For non-emergency support issues you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org, but do not send time sensitive or emergency requests to the support email address. The support email is not monitored 24/7. If you have a time-sensitive request after normal business hours (9am-5pm M-F), you should use the emergency phone number (630-778-1212 and follow prompts) or submit an emergency trouble ticket. If your issue can wait until normal business hours or is not time-dependent, you can email, call, or use the trouble ticket system outlined below.
