- Follow the prompts – Note: wait for the technical support extension (not the account management extension – *see below).
- Provide your name, issue, and datacenter location and you will be routed to the correct support team.
Emergency Trouble Tickets: If you are a current customer of NetSource and want to submit an emergency trouble ticket, visit our Trouble Ticketing Portal. NetSource recommends using the trouble ticket system for all emergency and non-emergency requests so that all requests can be tracked. Make sure you select the emergency status in the ticket when submitting time-sensitive emergency tickets.
