Venture Technologies (“Venture”) needs to gather and use certain information about individuals. This information can include customers, suppliers, business contact, employees and other people the organization has a relationship with or may need to contact. Venture uses cookies in order to improve our service, user experience and analyze how our website is used. Aside from the approximate location (IP address), the information collected by our web analytics partner, Google Analytics, is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, device information, language. We do not collect additional information, such as your age, gender, interests, bank details or clickstream.

The collected information is used to provide an overview of how people are accessing and using the Venture website. It is not used for any additional purpose, such as to profile those who access our website.

Our website features three plug-ins for easy sharing and following our social media pages:

California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures

California and Delaware law require Venture to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. Venture adheres to the standards set out in this Privacy Notice and does not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you apply for a job with Venture, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you. Additionally, Venture may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity.

How do we share and disclose information to third parties?

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We may share and disclose information (including Personal Information) about our customers in the following limited circumstances:

Vendors, consultants and other service providers

We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who we employ to perform tasks on our behalf. This Privacy Policy is applicable to the services offered by Venture directly via our websites. Our websites may contain links to other websites. Once redirected to another website, this Policy is no longer applicable.

The General Data Protection Regulation

Venture visitors, customers or other interested parties
