Naperville, IL – NetSource Communications, Inc., a leading enterprise hosting company, completed the strategic acquisition of the Pugmarks, Inc. hosting business effective April 1, 2016. NetSource and Pugmarks are both hosting companies located in the Chicagoland area that are committed to high quality hosting services and to their customers. This move reflects NetSource’s growth strategy, combining the resources of the two companies to provide an even higher level of service and more capabilities to its customers.

NetSource welcomes the Pugmarks hosting customers and promises to offer the service quality and support they expect. Eventually, the Pugmarks data center will merge into NetSource’s datacenter, and NetSource is currently preparing a migration process that protects clients from downtime. NetSource has a number of knowledgeable network and system administrators, and a lot of experience with acquisitions and moving services in a way that minimizes any problems. They plan to work with all customers to make the transition as seamless as possible over the next year.
