NetSource has added a new mobile device web application to help our customers manage their colocation and dedicated servers hosted in our Naperville datacenter. NetSource developed the application so that customers can manage their hosted environment from any remote location. NetSource has launched the application in Feb. of 2010, and customers can start using the new features right away. Contact a NetSource technical support person if you have questions or need your log-in information.
The new application has a number of important core functions. Some of these functions include monitoring services, bandwidth usage graphs, support tickets, and contacting NetSource about existing or new services. NetSource will continue to add more management related tasks to the application after we have time to learn how our customers are using it. For example, we will allow customers full management of remote reboot PDUs through the application in the near future.
