NetSource has completed our new dedicated server configuration tool and has added it to our website. The new tool allows customers to build their own dedicated server with fully custom specifications. The tool allows for a truly “build your own server” approach to dedicated hosting. NetSource customers can build hundreds of different server configurations ranging from low cost to enterprise and fully managed dedicated hosting solutions.
The new tool will allow customers to select one of up to 25 different CPUs for their base server. Customers can then add many additional features to make it their own. Items like ram, hard disk, raid, or IP space can easily be added. While most other dedicated hosting providers have limited selections, NetSource has a wide range of different hard drive and ram configurations across all the server cores. This makes building a high end dedicated server for tasks like virtualization much easier. The configuration tool will also allow customers to add managed services to the servers and get real-time quotes. For example, you can add backup or firewall services and have NetSource fully manage the server for you.
NetSource also has some of the lowest pricing on our high-end dedicated hosting packages. This is unusual because NetSource is not in the commodity hosting business like many larger companies in the industry.
